Should I set Michael Vick as my number one drafted player on fantasy football this year?

Last year I had Vick and he lead me to the super bowl and I won basically because of him. How high should I set him on my pre draft rankings? before Foster and Peterson? Basically I am asking how he will do in 2011? Tell me what you think I should do please.
