Better shot at superbowl..jets or redskins?

Most are gonna day the jets but noone can overlook the new coaching huge qb improvement and great depth at running back the redskins are going in with..I say the Skins because they got guys that know how to win and have alot of veteran leadership. whats your thoughts?
