Why are Americans like this?

I don't think it's normal at all, he was just being rude and offensive. SOME not all Americans are like that, I never use offensive language to describe someone, also part of my family is from the Philippines (but I'd still never refer to anyone like that). Some people can be very forward and say offensive things, you just have to learn that some people are very ignorant.
