Can you still have a chest infection even if your not wheezy or coughing up phelgm? Anyone similar experience?

I had bronchitis last week finished the antibiotics and still feel weak, sore in my chest and lung, sort of feels muscular! Even when i had bronchitis i wasnt really coughing so im not sure why my muscles are sore ! Anyway my temperature has gone sometimes i feel a little hot then cold! Im confused i dont no if ive still got a chest infection or what !!!! Can anyone please give me advice?
