2006-2008 BMW 3 Series vs 2007-08 Acura TL Type S?

Im looking for my first car. Which has higher insurance, more space, better looking, less common, faster, etc. Im 16 but my parents have left me $25000 to get a car. Insurace does matter but they said theyll take any of these cars. Whichever one has cheaper insurance. Id prefer the Type S so if the insurance is higher on the Type S, ill have some real convincing to do
